    Remember the world was not created in one day, do not push yourself to the limit. Take some for yourself to spend it quietly. This is not a luxury, it is a necessity. Give yourself a time to sit, to think, to feel every single day.




  3. Be Positive

    Always look at the half full glass, see possibilities where others see obstacles, but do not over do it.

    Creativity comes when we focus our attention on something that we like, and not on something that we have to do, and also creativity comes when you stop for a second and you give yourself time.

    Whenever you want to achieve something, make a plan for it and stick to the plan. Look at the overall results and not the short term results. Start making plans now for a better healthier life, eat healthy, exercise more regularly.
